Am I under the
Hypnotherapists Control ?
NO, at all times Chris ensures that the client is always "in control" whilst he is working with them.
Can the
Hypnotherapist make me do things I don't want to do ?
NO, the client must want to make the change and must co-operate with the Hypnotherapist in order to obtain the benefits.
Will I be asleep ?
NO, not as such although the term "asleep" is used. In actual fact, the client is in a more heightened state of awareness and receptive to positive suggestions whilst in the "altered state". The client will feel extremely relaxed and will remember everything from the session afterwards.
